1. Stay Hydrated: Drink filtered/spring water to support natural detoxification.
2. Consume or apply Zeolite or consume Activated Charcoal
3. Boost Fiber Intake: Helps trap and expel microplastics through digestion.
4. Support Liver Health: Eat cruciferous vegetables, garlic, and turmeric.
5. Sweat It Out: By far the most effective with the most literature supporting it. Use saunas or exercise to excrete microplastics through your skin.
6. Choose Clean Foods: Opt for organic, unprocessed, and plastic-free packaging.
7. Use Antioxidants: Include vitamin C, glutathione, or spirulina to combat oxidative stress.
8. Breath Clean Air: Use air purifiers to reduce airborne microplastics indoors. 9. Regular Dry Brushing: Stimulates lymphatic drainage to support detox.
10. Reduce Plastic Use: Limit exposure to plastic containers, wraps, and bottled water. Heat and plastic are a big NO-NO!
