A Healthier Family Starts With A Healthier YOU!

A Healthier Family Starts With A Healthier YOU!

A lot of people struggle to make the right steps when trying to detox their lifestyle. Theres so much information and misinformation it can be hard to judge whats right and whats not.

Raw meat, yay or nay?
Sun genitals, yay or nay?
Methylene blue, chemical friend or foe?

Let's get the facts straight on what you should be doing to overhaul your health.

First off you need toΒ
Educate Yourself.Β This is all about understanding how your body, and the world around you works, how does technology work?

Some of it is complicated, yes.

But you need to find someΒ mentors that make it easy to understand. Understand their potential health effects and where they're typically found. Websites, books, and documentaries can provide valuable information. Not everything is a psyop.

You'll also need to understand when somebody is being paid to say or support something.

Next you need to Assess Your Environment.
Identify areas in your daily life where you encounter harms. This might include personal care products, cleaning supplies, cookware, and food packaging. What can you do to mitigate it, even a bit? Wifi off at night? Blue blocking glasses? Everyone has different risk profiles and different budgets when it comes too minimizing the harms.

It's always important to remember: Gradual Changes.Β
Rome wasn't built in a day so you need to start slow and gradual.

Start by replacing products one by one. It's not gonna be cheap going for more natural alternatives or buying tools to help you mitigate the health risks in your environment.

For example, begin by switching to a natural deodorant instead of your conventional one with aluminum. Once you're comfortable with that change, move on to another product.

Start with what you have control over i.e. personal care: You can't fix EVERYTHING in your environment.

They won't turn off the 4/5G cell towers no matter how much you plea and try to destroy them. But you CAN turn off your wifi at night. You CAN keep your cell/computer at a safer distance. You can replace your hygiene products with less synthetic ones over time.

Β

Clean Up Your Cleaning Products: Replace chemical-laden cleaning products with eco-friendly options: Make a DIY all-purpose cleaner using vinegar, water, and a few drops of essential oil. Choose natural cleaning brands that offer non-toxic alternatives.

Choose Organic Foods: Purchase organic versions of the "Dirty Dozen" foods that are most likely to contain pesticides, such as strawberries, spinach, and apples. Local Farmer's Markets are great as you can meet the Farmer themselves and ask about their produce. If you're lucky enough to live near farms, you can visit the farm yourself and verify your food source.

Filter Your Water: Invest in a high-quality water filter that removes contaminants like chlorine, heavy metals, and pesticides from your tap water. Reverse osmosis and distillation are 2 methods to start purifying your water.

Mind Your Air Quality: Improve indoor air quality by: Adding air-purifying plants like spider plants, snake plants, or peace lilies to your living space. Opening windows for cross-ventilation to allow fresh air in.

Reduce Plastic Use: Switch to alternatives like: Glass or stainless steel food storage containers and water bottles. Silicone food storage bags instead of plastic bags.

Read Labels: Look for products with simple, recognizable ingredients. For example, choose a shampoo with ingredients like coconut oil, aloe vera, and essential oils.

Detox Your Diet: Incorporate whole foods: Consume antioxidant-rich foods like berries, leafy greens, as well as high protein organic animal products.

Stay Hydrated: Drink enough water throughout the day. Infuse it with lemon, cucumber, or mint for added flavor.

Practice Stress Reduction: Engage in stress-reduction techniques like: Daily meditation or deep breathing exercises. Regular walks in nature to clear your mind and promote relaxation.

Be Patient: Overhauling health takes time. Notice small improvements in your health and well-being as you gradually make changes. Remember, the goal is to make sustainable changes that work for you. By taking small steps and gradually adopting these practices, you'll be well on your way to reducing your exposure to synthetic chemicals and promoting a healthier lifestyle for your family.

Hopefully this should start helping you to educate yourself, and lead your family to a happier, healthier version of yourselves!
